BAD: 1. Bank-Client system ("secure" access via web) is terrible, useful only to do some reports. 2. Queues. 3. Answer on customer's question may differ per branch. 4. Papers, papers, papers... 5. Account is bound to branch. For any operations you need to visit the one where you've opened the account. GOOD: 1. Free VISA/Arca/Magnis with opening deposit. 2. High rates for deposits. 3. Unistream is good. 4. Works over the years. OVERALL: Good bank If you are not going to do many transactions.
