I came to this dental office twice. I live in another country. My first time was in the summer of 2015. A filling fell out, and I quickly needed to get it fixed. My mom had recommended me the dentist next door who has a lot of international patients, but he was all booked. I saw this clinic, and my mom said that it should be good because she was a long time patient of Mastuk (owner). So two years ago a blond lady dentist in her 50s did a filling for me. I kind of liked her, so I decided to come back this year. I did not have any problems, I just wanted to get a digital image and see if there was anything that needed to be fixed. One there was no technology to get digital images. Two she just looked at my teeth for a min and told me they are good. Then she offered me a teeth cleaning, to which I said yes,and I wanted to schedule for next week. The lady dentist insisted that she has 15 minutes and to get it done instantly. She completed the teeth cleaning in 10 minutes just with a little stick tool and brushing lightly with soda powder. After which she charged me $45. I was shocked by such price for 10 minutes and for such service that did not included proper flossing or whitening. I tried to ask what was a standard price, but no luck. So the next she after this unique teeth cleaning the filling she did two years ago fell out. I came back to her to reason. I asked to see the price list, and there was not such a price 45$ for teeth cleaning for 10 minute. Also she thought it was funny when I told her that a filling had fallen after it. She had given me a guarantee for 5 years, so she said she can fix it. But a funny thing I was not in their system or in any documents from the visit 2 years ago or from the visit two days ago. Very very bad serve and dentist! Одним словом за 10 минут очень не аккуратной чистки мне сказали заплатить 45$ долларов и на следующий день пломба вылетела на которую мне дали 2 года назад 5 лет гарантии. Когда я вернулась и потребовала посмотреть ценник, такой цени нету. И меня в системе тоже нету не от 2 года назад, не от 2 дня назад, как будто я никогда не приходила. Не рекомендую!!!
