OK in general. Clean Bathroom, Very good Wifi, Polite staff. Dear Owners: Please consider buying new beds and mattresses and of course AC! The Kitchen should be much cleaner. Also, guests should be informed that there is no water in pipes after midnight.

Stayed for a few days there in September 2012 and was delighted being the only guest. The room I took was king size with a piano, and it was atmospheric with traditional carpets and high ceiling. Moved the large table towards the window and spent the quiet nights reading and planning for my trip to Georgia. Artush the father was a gentleman very knowledgeable about the culture and history of Armenia. The only regret was that he was out for a few days to Yerevan to give a group tour. Otherwise he would have taken me to some interesting places around Gyumri for day trip. (Sep 2012)
