Покупали билеты в Москве на AZAL, по приезду во Внуково оказалось что летим Buta Airways, регистрация оказалась платной, 3 евро с пассажира, ручная кладь весом 4 кг. на двоих пассажиров 25 евро, бортовое питание только булочка с куриной колбасой и 150 гр. воды. Остальное всё за оплату, даже чай! Позор! Возвращались S7, никаких доплат!

Azerbaijan Airlines should question their credibility. Be aware of tons of hidden charges. Azerbaijan Airlines has really to look into their child budget airlines Buta Airlines; It should not lie to customer that they buy an Azerbaijan Airlines which is not a budget airlines, yet when check in on counter the passangers found it is served by Buta Airlines which means nothing is included. Passengers suffers and felt ripped off as they have to cough up extra moneys of on-counter check-in as Buta Airlines not allowed for online check-in, and no cabin baggage allowance as well. Yet on the ticket purchased, with all their links to all those terms&conditions, it is all said that passangers will fly with Azerbaijan Airlines that has allowances both on carry on and check-in luggages. So Azerbaijan sold their so call great name; but it done a *BIG LIE* by selling off their greatness for full-of-hidden-charges Buta Airlines.
