I don't know why so many negative reviews. Three times I reserved cars through budget and three times was excellent experience. All other car rentals companies almost double in price then budget.Дякую хлопці Володя із Колорадо.

IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE AVOID ALL BUDGET RENTAL OFFICES IN KIEV as they are all under same management apparently. I've traveled the whole world, and this is the first time one of those travel nightmares happened to me. I paid 150 dollars/day rental for a Hyundai Elantra (I've rented Mercedes for less in California :/). I reserved the car on the Budget website for a rate of 40/day. Had no choice due to an emergency. TAfter booking online through the Budget website for a VW polo in the Kiev downtown location, I got a text message from that location saying they were out of cars and I had to go to the airport Budget Rental office. Adding insult to injury, they tried to scam us in the end as well by claiming we didn't fill the whole tank (discovered this by reviewing my credit card transactions -- no warning from them of course), luckily I took pictures and they removed the charge. If you need to rent a car when in Kiev, book well in advance and confirm with the location on the ground that everything will be as expected.

The worse experience ever!!! We booked a car one month in advance, arrived to Borispol and guess what? Our reservation was cancelled without our acknowledgement! Budget supposed to be opened from 8:30 am to 8:30pm. We've been waiting until 9:30am for Budget guy to show up! They didn't have a car that we rented. The price went up from $50 to $290!!!

Transfer very hard Taksi driver very crazy and idiot Freeshop expensive Ticket officer iş not simile:(
