Very bad!the address is change.No body hear the phone. I had ring 4 time. Nobody hear the phone! No wifi! In stepanakert (Goris) bus stop have two and 4. Mens sell hostel and Hotel about 2-4000amd ! Don't go Ella & Hamlet gesthouse!they didn't help you to Ministry foreighn affairs of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Consular Servis.They don't know English. Only a 70 years old woman!no Ella & Hamlut guesthouse 's Name in Out side! You don't which one !
