Floor Best

Придбала паркет та натуральний лінолеум для квартири. Якістю надзвичайно задоволені. Менеджер Михайло допоміг з вибором, дизайнер Юрій приїхав на квартиру та зробив всі заміри, тому з нестачею матеріалів не стикнулися.

I don't know how many English-speakers will ever see this review, but if you can read this - trust me, disregard that weird 1 star review. This place is amazing - basically a perfect example of what all other Ukrainian retail business should look like, (if they can ever leave the mental state of the post-Soviet 90's, that is!) My wife and I visited a few weeks back as we desperately were trying to find decent carpeting in Lviv. Everybody recommended that we go to EpicCenter but honestly the selection there for interior carpeting is HORRIBLE and we wanted something for the kids room of our apartment. As a last ditch effort we went to Floor Best, expecting to be disappointed but instead, we were completely blown away at how good the experience was. First - when you show up, don't be put off by the rather unorthodox setup of the office. You go in, there's security guys(?!), and you tell them that you're there to go to Floor Best and they'll let you up the elevator. Once you get there, a consultant will come out and sit you down in an office, offer coffee/tea, and proceed to work with you on picking the best fit for your needs. The business focuses primarily on furnishings for other businesses, but actually has a GREAT selection of carpeting (literally a hundred or so quality options) from all around Europe. Don't be ashamed to come here and pick up a few square meters of good carpeting for your home - it's totally worth it. Our consultant was Inna (hi Inna!) who was very friendly and helpful in selecting what we needed (soft carpet that was in our price range but had a fair amount of "fluff" to it for kids to crawl around on). They also have a few other floor materials like linoleum and laminate as well. Once we picked out our carpeting, Inna kept in very good contact with us, confirmed out payments, and gave us constant updates on the status of the carpeting - it took less than a week in our case to get our carpeting from Belgium(!) to Lviv. Incredible. For those of you who've done home furnishings in Lviv, you may know that it can take weeks to get something FROM LVIV. Inna made the process a breeze, and within a week of paying we had our beautiful new carpet. Seriously, I can't say enough good things about our experience. I wish it was this easy to do the other parts of our remodeling in Lviv. Everybody needs to take a lesson from these guys and run their business the same way - we'll be recommending them to all of our friends who are in need of proper carpeting for their homes. Well done!

замовляли в офіс ковролін. Хлопці приїхали, зробили заміри, швидко доставили матеріал. Завжди були на зв‘язку. Підлогою та роботою задоволені.

Компанія, яка у 2016 році заливала підлогу у вольєрах для безпритульних тварин м.Львова. У трьох вольєрах через неналежно виставлений рівень постійно стоїть вода, що спричиняє сирість і як наслідок хвороби у собак. На систематичні звернення та прохання усунути недоліки роботи керівництво та працівники ФЛООР БЕСТ лише обіцяють з дня на день приїхати і усе виправити. Нажаль, та ситуація впродовж півтора року не вирішується і на проблеми безпритульних тварин їм, судячи по всьому, байдуже!

Хороший теплий колектив з яким легко співпрацювати навіть у дуже складних ситуаціях. Рекомендую
