I did not book in advance for this hotel. I stepped out of Aralsk train station and saw the hotel on my left, so went to check on prices. I found that the person who welcomed me, spoke very good English, and he showed me a room which was clean and acceptable to me. Hot showers. Small Breakfast. The good thing was that the person spoke English and was very helpful and kind. It is a good place to stay as it is next to the station. Poor wifi. The town is just a few streets. The hotel is fine for a couple of mights.

Has wifi (sometimes), good aircon, relatively clean bathroom with hot shower. Breakfast not included but can be made to order. One staff member speaks some English and is friendly.

This hotel is about 100 yards to the left as you exit the train station. The wi-fi was very good. We stayed in a room with 2 beds, but not ensuite, and no breakfast. Initially, he asked for 6,000 per room, but we settled on 5,000 (2,500 Tenge each). The room was very clean. I think the hotel has only been open 2 years or so. Our train leaving was after 10 p.m. at night. The hotel people were very kind to us and let us stay, at no extra charge, at the hotel until we needed to go to the station.
