I had a great time with Owadan! New cars, super friendly and professional drivers/guides, always outstanding service during my 4-days trip of Turkmenistan in August 2018. They also went beyond my expectations when I was in trouble because of a sudden closure of land border with Kazakhstan I had to cross: Owadan always assisted me to find a solution, the Manager of the Company (very kind and educated person) met me two times even in the middle of the night and helped me in every possible way, even if this situation was not fault of the Company of course! My overall experience with Owadan was fantastic and I strongly recommend this Company

I used Owadan's services in September 2017. From the start, they were very professional in their interactions. David Roth, the sales representative was courteous, prompt and totally client-centric. He made sure the trip was tailored not only to my needs but also budget. Although the plan had to be changed after my arrival due to circumstances beyond control, they did not shortchange me and all places that were promised in the original itinerary were covered. The staff members Angelika, Misha (driver), Rustam are especially very helpful and true professionals.
