I had a great pleasure of working with Oleg of Historical Bureau. The company provided an exceptional service at a very reasonable price. On top of being very knowledgeable, eager to help and easy to communicate, Oleg also proved to be a man of great integrity. Oleg did not request any deposit or pre-payment, all charges were due upon receipt of the documents. Moreover, when the first attempt to receive my documents failed due to some unreasonable bureaucratic regulations (it was not Oleg’s fault), he found a way to resolve the problem and even offered a discount. When we needed difficult-to-get birth certificates issued at the war time, Oleg on his own initiative also obtained valuable full birth records, without additional charges. Everything was properly certified with apostille. I highly recommend Historical Bureau to anybody who needs Ukrainian documents.
